CubeMe found another company, producing small prefab outbuildings. We've covered 
Modern Shed, Modern Cabana and Ecospace, and now there is the MetroCabin from MetroShed:

to ann- if you were looking to have a 16x20 room built, it would cost a hell of a lot more than this!
