It is an affordable way of adding additional space to your house, office or simply for use as a getaway space in the middle of nowhere on hard to reach sites. MiniKAYA can be pre-assembled or assembled on site depending on your request. MiniKAYA offers the buyer a choice of exterior and interior finishes, making its appearance fully customizable to match your existing dwelling.
